This notice explains how Soluna TCG handles personal information when you browse, order cards, or contact the store. For privacy questions or requests, contact Soluna TCG on LINE.
Information we handle
We collect the details you provide at checkout, including your name, email, phone number, LINE ID, delivery address and notes, together with the cards ordered, prices, discounts, payment status and tracking details. We also receive information you send when contacting us, such as messages or photos about an order. Our hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs to operate and protect the website.
Why we use it
We use order and contact information to accept and fulfil your order, verify payment, arrange delivery, send order updates and provide support. This processing is necessary to perform our agreement with you. We also use relevant information for legitimate interests in preventing abuse, protecting the store and resolving disputes, and to meet applicable legal obligations. Without the required checkout details, we cannot process or deliver an order. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in delivery notes or messages unless it is necessary for your request.
Payments
Stripe handles card and PromptPay payments on its hosted checkout. Full card numbers and security codes are entered with Stripe, not stored by Soluna TCG. We receive payment references, method, amount and status information needed to verify and manage the order. If you send a payment slip to us for support or a historical manual payment, it forms part of that correspondence.
Who receives information
We use Airtable for order records, Vercel and connected storage services for hosting and website operations, Stripe for payments, and Resend for transactional emails. Shipping booking services such as SHIPPOP and the selected courier receive the details needed to deliver your parcel. LINE processes messages you send through LINE. When owner alerts are enabled, Telegram receives a limited order summary, including your name, order reference, total and card count. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to handle a legal claim. These providers may process information outside Thailand. Their privacy terms describe their processing locations and data protection practices.
Website analytics
We use PostHog to understand visits, public pages viewed, time on pages, card searches and result counts, approximate visitor location, referral sources and page performance. Analytics is enabled only on our production website. We use cookieless measurement without customer profiles or session recordings. PostHog does not store analytics identifiers in your browser cookies or storage. Admin pages and private order pages are excluded, and we remove query strings and fragments from recorded page URLs. Please do not enter personal information into card search. Analytics is processed by PostHog in the United States; visitor counts and page durations are estimates.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses cookies and browser storage for essential functions, including remembering your cart, promo selection and access to your order receipt. Receipt cookies expire after 24 hours; cart storage can remain until it is changed or cleared. Clearing browser data may reset these features but does not delete order records held by the store. Stripe and LINE operate their own services under their own privacy and cookie terms.
How long information is kept
Order records are currently retained without an automatic fixed deletion schedule. Retention is assessed by reference to fulfilment, customer support, refunds or disputes, and applicable accounting, tax and legal requirements. Correspondence and technical records may have different retention needs. Contact us on LINE to ask about a particular record or request deletion; some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or establish or defend claims.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable Thai data protection law, you may request access to or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, and may object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee. Contact us on LINE to make a request; we may ask for information needed to verify that the request concerns your own records. Rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.

Keep private order links confidential: anyone with a valid link may be able to view that order.
